Themedstore Return Policy, Refund and Cancellation

Return means an act of giving back the product order at Themedstore online portal by the consumer. The following situations can be considered the reason for the return of the product.

  • The product delivered to you do not match your order.

  • The product delivered has expired or near to its expiry date.

  • Product delivered was damaged in transit(do not accept any product which has a tampered seal)

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases, we will offer a refund.

If there is something wrong with the order, we would be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a return request with us within three working days from the delivery of the product. Themedstore reserves the right to cancel the return request if the customer reaches out to Themedstore after three days of delivery. 

Upon receiving the Return/Refund request, Themedstore shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Themedstore finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Themedstore shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation from the vendor concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund. 

We always try our best to deliver all the orders to the customers at the given time period but still if any of the order doesn’t get delivered to the customer due to incomplete/incorrect shipping address then, in that case, the shipment charges of Rs 100 will be deducted and the product amount will be refunded to the customer.

In case a customer receives an incomplete order then only the product amount will be refunded to the customer. 

At, we do our best to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with our products but in some cases, our vendors may take some time to arrange a product due to unavailability or shortage of the same. In such a scenario we will be intimating the customer regarding the same.

 At that time if a customer wants refund then cancellation charges will be 5% (if we refund your amount via payment gateway) and Rs 50 As the charges to arrange the products and these are vendors charges. And we would be happy to issue a refund based on the conditions listed below: 

Full Refund Possible If: 

  • The customer requests for cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
  • the ordered item(s) has passed its expiry date. 

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by NMS Wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours. 

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
